1. Warranty Period: Following buyer’s successful acceptance inspection, our company handles the export arrangements. The 12-month free warranty is calculated from the product shipping date. Damages resulting from illegal operations and normal wear and tear of needles, hooks, knives, and forks are excluded from warranty coverage.
2. Lifetime Paid Maintenance: Post the free warranty period, we offer lifetime paid maintenance services. With ample spare parts stock, equipment spare parts are dispatched within one week upon payment receipt.
3. Training: During equipment debugging, our personnel undergo professional training based on work instructions. Upon completion of equipment installation and debugging, we conduct online return visit.
4. Rapid Response to Issues: In case of a serious problem with our tufting machine, we commit to a positive response within two working days. A suitable plan is provided within seven working days, accompanied by active cooperation. Technicians are dispatched for on-site inspections to promptly identify and resolve issues. The accommodation, travel and other related expenses of on-site personnel such as technicians and translators shall be settled by both parties through negotiation in advance.
5. Complimentary Software Upgrades: All software provided by our company is eligible for free upgrades.
6. Unspecified Matters Resolution: Matters not covered above will be resolved through friendly and equal consultation between both parties.
